Abstract: | The status of the four taxa Ectoedernia angulifasciella, E. atricollis, E. rubivora and E. arcuatella, has always been in debate. They have now been studied using several different systematic methods, relating to morphology, gel electrophoresis, host plant differentiation, life histories and distribution. Evidence is given here which demonstrates that they should be regarded as two pairs of sibling species. |
