Abstract: | Present occurrence of some little-known Lepidoptera in Germany (Lepidoptera, Nepticulidae, Gracillariidae, Gelechiidae, Tortricidae, Crambidae). - We report current records of rare Lepidoptera from Germany, including at least one species new for the German fauna, plus several confinned records and rediscoveries. Trifurcula moravica LASTÜVKA & LASTÜVKA, 1994 (Nepticulidae) is new for Germany. The so far uncertain occurrence of Gynnidomorpha minimana (CARADJA, 1961) (Tortricidae, Tortricinae) and of the glacial relict Pediasia truncatellus (ZETTERSTEDT, 1839) (Crambidae, Crambinae) in Germany is confirmed. Additional records are presented for two species which were only recently discovered in Germany: Caloptilia honoratella (REBEL, 1914) (Gracillariidae) and Monochroa parvulata (GoZMANY, 1957) (Gelechiidae, Anomologinae), the latter being new for the State of Bavaria. Finally, a contemporary population of Trifurcula pallidella (DurONCHEL, 1843) (Nepticulidae) was discovered. This species had not been recorded for more than half a century. |
